1. About us

2. Independent site
The site is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, IDP, the British Council or Cambridge University Press & Assessment. "IELTS" is a registered name owned by its holders. [Kriti: confirm wording.]
3. What we offer
Lessons, practice sets, a Word Bank and a progress page. The practice material is original and is not taken from real exam papers. It is for practice only.
4. No guarantee of results
We do not promise any score. Scores and bands shown by the site are practice estimates only, not official IELTS results. Teacher review bands are estimates made by a teacher of this site.
5. Your account
- Give true information and keep your password private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else uses it.
- One person per account. [Minimum age: see Privacy Policy section 11.]
6. Free and paid use

7. Teacher review

8. Our content
The lessons, questions, passages, audio, pictures and the Word Bank belong to [company name] or its licensors. You may use them for your own study on the site. You may not copy, download, record, share, sell or publish them, or use them to train software, without our written permission.
9. Your content
The answers and notes you save belong to you. You allow us to store them and show them to the teacher you asked to review them, so that we can provide the service. Do not enter anything unlawful or anything about other people's private lives.
10. Acceptable use
Do not try to break into the site, guess other people's passwords, overload it, collect its content automatically, or share your account.
11. Availability
We try to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change or stop parts of it [with notice where we can].
12. Limits of responsibility
